Type: This is all red saffron, also known as ‘sargol’, which translates from Farsi as ‘top of the flower’. It is a high-grade saffron with a powerful aroma, and contains only the red stigmas with the highest content of flavour and colour, not yellow or orange threads.
Additional features: Samin’ means precious, or expensive. This comes in a special presentation/gift package, and contains several inlaid metal boxes with islamic motifs, plus a glass storage container to keep saffron fresh.
