Belazu Chermoula / 130g

This delicious, tart spice paste hails from North Africa, and contains lemon, coriander and cumin, preserved in cold pressed sunflower oil. It makes a great addition to North African dishes such as couscous or tagine, but can also be stirred into a wide range of soups, stews, or dishes to add a rich and zesty citrus twist. This product was awarded a Great Taste Award in 2016.

Ingredients: sunflower oil, preserved lemons (24%), onions, capers, fresh coriander (4%), fresh parsley, salt, cumin (2%), garlic puree, dried coriander, red chilli peppers, spices.
