This is a high-quality red pesto, made of Mediterranean sun-dried tomatoes, Italian vegetarian hard cheese, extra virgin olive oil and herbes de Provence. It can also be used as a richer and more luxurious substitute for tomato paste in sauces. It won a great taste award in 2018.
Ingredients: rehydrated sun-dried tomatoes (46%), sunflower oil, Italian vegetarian hard cheese (milk) (11%), semi-dried tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil (8%), salt, vinegar, garlic puree, herbes the Provence, acidity regulator: lactic acid.
